We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products for the price specified (plus shipping and handling). Payment must be made at the time of order submission. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay only. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and have not engaged in fraudulent conduct.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at any time before dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation email upon submission, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order. If an order is canceled, any payments made will be refunded.
All transactions are conducted in AUD, and any applicable currency conversion fees are your responsibility. Contact your financial institution for details on these fees.
2. Cancelling an Order
All orders are processed within 12 hours, once your order has been placed, our warehouse team will begin to process and ship your order out as soon as possible. If you are wanting to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team hello@calume.com.au within 12 hours after it has been placed. As we process and ship orders daily, while we will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is in process. Please note, order cancellation is only eligible for full price items.
3. Correction of Errors
We strive to provide accurate product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and update or cancel orders as needed. You will be notified of any changes, and if applicable, your payment will be refunded.
4. Pricing
Prices may change without notice due to updates or errors. If a price change affects your order, you will have the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. Notify us within 3 business days of any price increase to cancel your order.
5. Availability
We aim to maintain accurate stock levels, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement, credit note, or refund.
6. Delivery
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Ensure your contact, shipping, and order details are correct. All sales are subject to our Shipping Policy.
7. Return Policy

8. Faulty Policy
If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Provide photos and a description for assessment. We will offer a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund if the product is confirmed to be faulty. Products not meeting our quality standards due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
9. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date and are redeemable only on our Site. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will not be refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
10. Store Credit
Store credits are valid for 12 months from issuance and are non-transferable. They cannot be redeemed for cash. If an item purchased with store credit is returned, the store credit amount will be restored to your account.
11. Discount Codes and Promotions
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. Promotional codes are non-transferable and may be subject to specific terms. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any promotional code usage.
