EXCHANGE AND RETURN

To return an item, simply follow the steps on our RETURN PORTAL

Most items are able to be returned for an Exchange, Refund or 100% Online Store Credit.

 

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, exchanges are unavailable at this time. To replace an item, please place a new order and return the original item following the below steps.

 

REFUND 

We now offer pre-paid returns label on Australian orders for a flat rate. 

 

If a Refund is requested and you elect to use our provided shipping label, the cost of a pre-paid returns label is $15 which will be deducted from the original refund amount at the time of processing.

You can choose to use your own shipping label, in which case you will be responsible for organising with your selected courier, and we will not deduct a shipping label fee from your refund.

 

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Your return will be free of charge. Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery or store collection.

Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

Once we receive your return, our team will review item quality and ensure the supplied return reasons match. We'll issue you a store credit within 1-3 business days once it's approved.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear, intimate briefs, earrings and hair accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Virtual Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issues, and cannot be returned.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Please use the return portal to make a return.

  • Please email us for your return or refund within 14 days once received.  We'll respond within 1-3 business days with a pre-paid return label if the T&C below are met. Simply attach the return label to the original parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post office.

  • We highly recommend adding tracking to your return because we cannot track and we are not responsible for packages lost.

  • Within 3-7 business days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email once your return was processed.

Online store credit: we'll email you a store credit within 1-3 business days once it's approved. 

Refund: your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus $15 shipping cost. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account.

 

CONDITION OF RETURN: 

  • Return or refund must be notified within 14 days of the delivery. The item must be returned within 21 days after you email us (28 days for International customers). 

  • Items must not be damaged, worn, hand or machine washed.

  • All items must be kept original wrapping intact, tags and receipt.

 

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Full Priced Items are able to be returned for a refund or 100% online store credit, based on the above terms & conditions.

Full Priced Items include all products without a set sale price unless otherwise specified.

You are eligible to use a discount or promotional code on a Full Priced Item and it will still be valid for return.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale Items are able to be returned for a 100% online store credit only, based on the above terms & conditions.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items are not able to be returned or refunded. Prices are marked accordingly for clearance.

By purchasing a product marked with 'FINAL SALE ITEM' you agree to these terms at the time of placing order.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item, please email our customer care team at hello@calume.com.au with a photo or video clearly showing the fault and a brief description. All items will be inspected and assessed by our team. If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement (if stock is available), store credit note or refund. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If any of the returned item doesn't met any of the conditions above, we have right not to issue a return. Store credit are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
